Next, Type "Music for MS" in the Description field, the amount you would like to donate in the "Unit Price" field, and click "Continue".

Next, fill out your information on the screen that follows.
Now click the orange "Review Order and Continue" button at the bottom and you'll see this screen:

If this looks good, then just hit the orange "Pay Now" button!
